By booking a service, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Service Provider
Services are provided by Kamila Kozdron, who operates a hypnotherapy practice in the United Kingdom under the name Kamila Kozdron Hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy services are provided online.
Contact:
Email: info@kamilakozdron.com
Website: kamilakozdron.com2. Services
Services offered may include:
free introductory calls,
initial consultations,
individual hypnotherapy sessions,
multi-session packages and programmes,
relaxation sessions,
relaxation recordings and other materials designed to support the therapeutic process.
Current services, session durations and prices are displayed on the website or provided to you before you make a booking.
3. The Nature of Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of support for the process of change and is based on collaboration between the hypnotherapist and the client.
Each person may respond to hypnotherapy differently. For this reason, no particular outcome or timeframe for achieving a specific change can be guaranteed.
Your engagement, regular attendance and use of any agreed materials or recordings may form an important part of the process.
I am not medically qualified and do not diagnose illnesses or disorders, nor do I advise clients to begin, change or discontinue medical treatment.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care or other specialist healthcare.
If you have any concerns about your health or whether hypnotherapy is an appropriate form of support for you, you should consult your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
4. Booking a Session
Bookings can be made through the booking system available via the website or by another method agreed with me.
You are responsible for providing accurate information required to process your booking and communicate with you about your appointment.
Details of your appointment, how the session will take place and any applicable payment information will be provided during the booking process or in your booking confirmation.
By making a booking, you agree to follow the payment, rescheduling and cancellation terms set out in these Terms & Conditions.
5. Online Sessions
Sessions take place online using the specified video conferencing platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have:
a stable internet connection,
a suitable device for attending the session,
a quiet and safe environment,
conditions that provide as much privacy as reasonably possible during the session.
You should not participate in a session while driving or carrying out any activity that requires your full attention.
If technical difficulties prevent a session from taking place, we will agree, depending on the circumstances, whether the session can continue, be rescheduled or take place at another agreed time.
6. Prices and Payment
Current prices are displayed on the website or provided to you before you make a booking.
The price applicable at the time of booking will normally be the price charged for that service unless otherwise agreed.
Payment for a paid session must be made before the appointment using one of the payment methods available at the time.
Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
If you experience any difficulties making payment, please contact me before your scheduled session.
7. Right to Cancel a Distance Contract
If you are a consumer entering into a contract for a paid service at a distance, you have rights under applicable UK consumer law.
As a general rule, consumers have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason, subject to any exceptions provided by law.
To exercise your right to cancel, you should provide a clear statement of your decision before the relevant cancellation period expires, for example by email.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Services Beginning Within the 14-Day Cancellation Period
If your session is scheduled to take place before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, you may expressly request that the service begins before that period has ended.
If you subsequently exercise your right to cancel after the service has begun at your express request, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service provided up to the point at which you informed me of your decision to cancel, in accordance with applicable law.
If the service has been fully performed before the end of the cancellation period, your right to cancel may be lost where the requirements prescribed by law have been met, including your express consent to the service beginning and your acknowledgement of the consequences of full performance during the cancellation period.
9. Rescheduling or Cancelling a Session
I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please let me know as early as possible.
If you cancel or reschedule:
more than 48 hours before your session – no cancellation fee will apply,
between 24 and 48 hours before your session – a fee of up to 50% of the session price may apply,
less than 24 hours before your session – a fee of up to 100% of the session price may apply.
Late cancellation fees are intended to reflect the loss associated with time reserved exclusively for you and will be applied proportionately to the circumstances.
If I am able to rebook the released appointment time with another client, this will be taken into account when determining any cancellation fee.
Exceptional and unforeseen circumstances may be considered individually.
These cancellation arrangements do not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right to cancel a distance contract.
10. Late Arrival and Non-Attendance
Please join your session on time.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened where other commitments prevent the appointment from being extended.
If you do not attend a session and have not given prior notice, a fee of up to 100% of the session price may apply to reflect the loss associated with the unused appointment time.
A further appointment may be booked once any outstanding amount relating to the previous booking has been settled.
11. Packages and Programmes
Multi-session packages and programmes may be offered at a preferential price compared with purchasing the same number of individual sessions separately.
The scope of the package, number of sessions, price and payment arrangements will be provided before purchase.
A 10-session package must be used within 4 months of the date of the first session.
In reasonable circumstances, this period may be extended on an individual basis by prior agreement.
Sessions included within a package are subject to the same rescheduling and cancellation arrangements as individual sessions.
Cancelling a Package
If you decide to end a package after the programme has begun, any sessions already used will be recalculated at the standard individual session price applicable at the time the package was purchased.
Any remaining balance will then be refunded to you.
Example: if a 10-session package costs £500 and the standard individual session price is £60, after attending 3 sessions those sessions will be recalculated as 3 × £60 = £180. The refund for the unused portion of the package would therefore be £320.
This calculation reflects the fact that the preferential per-session price is offered in connection with purchasing the complete package.
A package is intended for the person who purchased it and may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement.
Nothing in these package terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right to cancel.
12. Relaxation Recordings and Materials
As part of certain services, you may receive relaxation recordings or other materials designed to support the process.
Recordings should only be used in a safe environment where you are able to relax.
You must not use relaxation recordings while:
driving,
operating machinery,
carrying out activities requiring your full attention,
in any situation where reduced concentration could create a risk to you or another person.
Recordings and other materials are intended to support the process and are not a substitute for medical care or specialist treatment.
13. Intellectual Property
Content on the website, together with original recordings, materials, written content, photographs, graphics and other content provided by Kamila Kozdron Hypnotherapy, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Without prior permission, these materials may not be copied, published, distributed, resold, shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
14. Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential in accordance with professional practice.
Exceptions to confidentiality may arise in particular where:
there is a real and serious risk to your safety or the safety of another person,
disclosure is required by law or by an order of a competent authority,
matters are discussed as part of professional supervision, while protecting your identity.
Where reasonably possible, you will be informed if disclosure of information becomes necessary.
Further information about confidentiality and the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
15. Responsibility and Outcomes
Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable professional standards.
Hypnotherapy is an individual process and outcomes may vary from person to person.
No particular result, change or number of sessions required to achieve a specific goal can be guaranteed.
You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take outside your sessions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Service Provider
In exceptional circumstances, I may need to reschedule or cancel a session.
If this happens, you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and offered the opportunity to arrange an alternative appointment.
If a paid session is cancelled by me and a suitable alternative appointment cannot be agreed, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the service that was not provided.
17. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.
In connection with the provision of hypnotherapy services, some information processed may include health information or other personal data requiring additional protection.
Further information about the types of personal data collected, the purposes and lawful bases for processing, retention periods, recipients of personal data and your rights can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
18. Complaints and Concerns
If you have any concerns about a service you have received, please contact me in the first instance so that I have an opportunity to understand the issue and seek an appropriate resolution.
Complaints can be submitted by email using the contact details provided in these Terms & Conditions.
Making a complaint does not affect your statutory rights.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and contracts for services provided by Kamila Kozdron Hypnotherapy are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives you of any protection provided by applicable consumer law.
20. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, including where there are changes to the services offered, the way services are provided or applicable legal requirements.
The current version of these Terms & Conditions, together with the date on which they were last updated, will be available on the website.
Changes will not apply retrospectively in a way that removes rights arising under a contract entered into before those changes were made.

Where the law requires your consent for a particular type of processing, your personal data will only be processed on this basis after your consent has been obtained.

In such circumstances, information is shared in a way that limits the possibility of identifying the client.

I retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable legal, professional and insurance requirements.
Records relating to adult hypnotherapy clients are generally retained for 8 years from the date of the last session, in accordance with applicable practice record-keeping requirements and the need to protect against potential legal claims.
Other categories of personal data, such as correspondence, booking information or financial records, may be subject to different retention periods depending on the purpose for which they are processed and applicable legal requirements.
At the end of the relevant retention period, personal data is securely deleted or destroyed unless there is a lawful basis for retaining it for longer.
12. How Do I Protect Personal Data?
I use appropriate organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Depending on the type of information, these measures may include:
strong passwords and access controls,
device encryption,
restricted access to records,
secure storage of documents,
appropriate backups,
use of service providers that maintain appropriate security measures.
Access to therapeutic records is restricted to those who have a lawful and legitimate need to access the information.
13. Your Data Protection Rights

be informed about how your personal data is processed,
access your personal data,
have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected,
request deletion of your personal data,
